Lucas Evans is the Managing Partner of NRDC Equity Partners and leads all investment activity. During his earlier tenure at the firm between 2007-2015, Mr. Evans led the HBC, Zellers, Saks Fifth Avenue, Galeria Kaufhof, and IPO transactions and was responsible for all M&A, capital markets, treasury, and investor relations activities across the portfolio. Prior to rejoining NRDC Equity Partners in 2023, Mr. Evans served as a Principal in the Private Equity Group at Ares Management, and as a Partner at Pine Island Capital Partners. Mr. Evans received his B.S. from Georgetown University, his M.P.S. in Real Estate from Cornell University, and his M.B.A. from INSEAD.
